Most people think that the creative process is linear. You have an idea and you just execute on it. Almost every creative person would agree that it is not. There is a lot of experiments, trials, and errors. And even when you think your work is completed, you know (consciously or subconsciously) that there is still more that can be done. It is a never-ending pursuit.

We have recorded some of the many steps of progress involved in the production of a recent rendering, looking from the very beginning to the final version. Take a look.

I recently had two separate conversations with two social media marketers. They both expect 2019 to be huge when it comes to generating video and interactive marketing content, and I completely agree with that. This applies not just to real estate but to any and all industries in general.
Images and text can be quite effective, but since they are also the easiest and most affordable content to produce, as a result, they also get fewer eyeballs. The social media platforms are overflowing with good quality images and articles. I am sure that the companies that invest in interactive marketing and video content will be the ones winning the attention war in 2019.
This is why I plan on doubling down on our efforts to produce more high-quality animations and virtual tours for our clients and for our personal marketing campaigns. We will also do more R&D when it comes to new technology like AR.
With that in mind, for this Throwback Thursday I am sharing our demo reel that has not been updated in a while... Stay tuned for something much more interesting in the weeks to come.

We now officially have a Matterport scan under our belt. The device is quite impressive on paper, but actually using it made me realize how great a job the developers have done. Super-intuitive to use and the quality of the scan is top notch. These are some shots from the site; I will share the actual virtual tour in the next few days.

In addition to the 3d projects that I am sharing, expect to see a lot more Matterport scans in the future.

It has become a tradition to send out thank you cards and chocolates to our clients, a gesture of appreciation for giving us the opportunity to work together.
