Arborist Crew Leader/Climber

Duties:

• Bring a professional and enthusiastic attitude to all jobs while maintaining a safe work environment
• Supervise and manage crew while performing all aspects of tree care, as directed by owners
• Review scope of work with sales arborist and complete job briefing/hazard assessment with the crew prior to starting each job. Ensure all crew members have proper PPE
• Ensure that crew members are appropriately trained for each job task
• Consistently demonstrate the ability to manage crew safely and professionally without causing any damage to homeowners’ property or our equipment.
• Ensure that all tree care work is performed in accordance with tree care industry and company standards
• Interact with customers to ensure job satisfaction

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of climbing (DdRT or SRT climbing systems) and bucket operation experience in the tree care industry
• Valid CDL driver's license (preferred, we can help you obtain this) and clean Motor vehicle record
