Super easy and yummy PB&J Cheesecake Cups

Use pie dough or puff pasrty cut and shape on a muffin tin, flip upside down and shape dough around the cup. Bake to package instructions and let cool.

Filling:
2 page cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cups peanut butter

When mixed fold in cool whip

Top with your favorite jelly or jam

Lemon Cool Whip Cookies!!! 😋
1 box lemon cake mix
8oz Cool Whip
1 egg
1/2 cup powered sugar

Mix cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg. It will be thick that's ok.
Chill in fridge for 30 minutes

Shape into balls and roll through powered sugar.

Bake 350 degrees 10 minutes or until golden around edges.

So yummy!

I love winter but after weeks of ice and grey skies, I'm over it. I took almost all of my winter decor down. It usually stays up til St. Patrick's Day. New blue downloading. 🙃
