This remodel project is located in Union, Illinois.
I demoed the kitchen and new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, lighting, plumbing, and appliances were installed. Some mold remediation was needed due to some issues that were under the preexisting sink.

I designed and installed new custom handrails for the staircases.
There was a wall that was sagging/buckling pretty badly that was repaired.
New, matching lighting was installed in the hallways and entertainment room.
Installed a new top cap and restored the closet doors in the entryway.
An entire enamel package was done to all of the trim, doors, windows, and baseboards.
The interior was repainted, repairs were made along the way.
Secured and reinforced the basement stairs.
As well as a few other improvements along the way.

I love building and creating custom projects. This custom fireplace/media wall adds warmth and value to a uniquely beautiful home. I was able to fill up the dead space by creating a masterpiece that is now the focal point of the room.

This ranch style home located in Elgin was looking pretty rough. The fresh new appearance is definitely an eye catcher now. I did some repairs to both the front and back thresholds, door frames, and added some artistic custom touches.
