Trinity, Texas home remodel. Here are a few pictures of some of the work that we've completed so far. We took the job over from a very non- experienced contractor from Trinity. Due to homeowner firing him for making a disaster of the renovations, due to the company being very unqualified, with any experience or knowledge. More pictures are to come as we are getting closer to finishing up this beautiful renovation and making the residence beautiful once again.

Current complete remodel,sheetrock, tape, float, texture, custom tile shower, installation of can lights, baseboards, door casings, and crown moulding throughout the whole home. Plus all new vinyl plank flooring installation coming soon, and installation of new doors. We took this job over due to previous contractor made a complete mess of the home. But no worries precision renovations and our crews will have this home as good as new if not better. More pictures will be updated as job progresses. Asphalt shingle roof removal due to hail damage. New underlayment, onyx architectural shingle, new drip edge trim, removed old vent turbines and installed ridge vent. Reinforced the rafters to remove excessive sag of roof decking over garage due to poor installation of structure framing. All new valley flashing installed as well. Taking care of a honey to do list today... Removed all the aloe vera and stripped of all grass and w**ds. And installed a w**d blocker underlayment along with numerous sprinkler heads and a fresh batch of top soil topped with a no float Cypress mulch with newly redesigned and framed landscaping timber border. Planted white, orange, yellow, and red hibiscus along with Liriope 'super blue' deer resistant ground cover plant. Give us a call asap to get on our schedule to have your flower beds updated.

Complete demo of asphalt shingle roof due to hail storm.we were side by side with the homeowners and their insurance companies to make the stress as least possible when they are going through these terrible times. This roof not only had severe hail damage but it also had multiple spots of rotten decking that we replaced. As well as numerous spots of rotten facia board. We will be going back with a beautiful black onynx architectural asphalt shingle. We provide our customers a 20 year warranty on the installation/ labor. Plus the homeowners chose a 30 year warranty shingle. Our number one goal is customer satisfaction and we will go to the end of times to ensure our customers get the best quality work at a very affordable price.
