As our Commercial Service Dispatcher, Randy is the person connecting our commercial clients, technicians, and everything happening behind the scenes. He cares about the people we serve and does everything he can to make sure they receive top-notch service. Our clients love him, and after 11 years, many of them know Randy by name and trust that he will take care of them.
Outside of work, Randy is rarely sitting still. He enjoys yard work, home repairs, and fixing just about anything that needs fixing. He’s also a wonderful cook, and everyone at CAS knows it. His grilled chicken has become a cookout staple, and if Randy doesn’t cook, the disappointment is immediate and company-wide. No pressure, Randy, but morale is apparently tied directly to whether your chicken is on the menu.
Randy is also a devoted Alabama and Pittsburgh Steelers football fan, a Pink Floyd enthusiast, and a Thursday-night bowling regular. However, his most important role may be serving as Big Papa to his cat, Betsy, who we can safely assume supervises the yard work, home repairs, and cooking.
For 11 years, Randy has brought experience, dedication, and genuine care to CAS. He works hard, takes pride in serving our clients well, and has built relationships that mean far more than any job title could capture. We are incredibly grateful to have him on our team.
Happy 11-year CASiversary, Randy! Here’s to many more years of great service, home projects, football, bowling, good food, and doing whatever Betsy says.
