Fixing seams that someone else did.

Step 1 Take out old paper tape (came right off)
Step 2 Replace with mesh tape
Step 3 Fill in the seams to level out ceiling
Step 4 Apply 2 coats to smooth out and prepare for texture
Step 5 Match texture to old texture and ready for paint
