It's been such a journey over the past couple years turning War Eagle Villa into what it is today. We are down to our final renovations on the property and I wanted to share our latest 1 bedroom apartment that has already been rented, but I love how it turned out and wanted to give you all a peek inside!

We have studio apartments available!

These efficiency units have been taken to the studs and completely redone. They include induction cooktops, tankless water heaters, and ADA toilets. These are perfect for a single occupant and are our most affordable option at $750/month which includes all utilities, cable, and high speed WiFi!

A very patient tenant who's been waiting to move into a 1-bedroom apartment for almost 2 months can finally call this place home! We used leftover tile from a bathroom remodel I did in my own home to give this kitchen a unique kick and it turned out so cute 😍

Did you know we offer FURNISHED options?!?! That's right! We furnished this 2-bedroom apartment for a tenant who moved in over the weekend. We can provide as much or as little as you need. This tenant only requested that we furnish the master bedroom and living room area. Our goal is to make you feel at home here at the Villa!
