Check out this exterior transformation our team just completed! 🔨

This project needed more than simply covering up the existing problem, so we took it back and rebuilt it the right way.

✅ Removed all of the old wood siding
✅ Installed new insulation
✅ Framed out the lower section to properly meet the back of the hot water heater box
✅ Installed new Hardie® siding
✅ Poured concrete around the exposed plumbing at the base to help protect the pipes from freezing

Our friend Chad already had a roof over his head, but his attic was severely under-ventilated. Instead of replacing something that didn’t need replacing, we focused on improving the roofing system he already had.

🏠 Sometimes putting the customer first means NOT selling them a roof.

A few months ago, our repair technician and roofing consultant, Tomas Miguel, was called out to this home for a roof leak.

Tomas found the source, made the repair, and while inspecting the rest of the roof, realized it was nearing the end of its service life. Instead of trying to turn a repair call into an immediate roof sale, he was upfront with the homeowner:

“Don’t worry about paying us for this repair. Let’s get you taken care of for now, but I do want you to know that you’ll probably need to start planning for a roof replacement.”

A couple of months later, additional leaks began showing up in other areas and the homeowner decided it was time.

They called Tomas and Customer First Roofing back. 🙌

Tomas sat down with them and went over their different options, including architectural shingles and metal roofing, explaining the advantages of each so they could choose what made the most sense for their home and budget.

This project came to us as part of a real estate transaction. We were brought in on behalf of the buyers, and our roofing consultant Will Estes went out to inspect the property, evaluate the roof, and put together a competitive replacement option.
