When I was 17, I attended a Charlie Tremendous Jones seminar. He offered a package of 50 books including “Think and Grow Rich”, “The Magic of Thinking Big”, “Acres of Diamonds”, and “Psych Cybernetics”, all considered classics. Of all the collection, my favorite book is “Skill with People” by Les Giblin. Back then, I could purchase the books directly from Les for only 25¢. It’s a great book for those who don’t read much, since every chapter is 2-3 pages in length. Every team member received a copy. Now, when I meet someone at a networking event, I send them a pdf copy of the book. In fact, I’ll send one to you if you like! Just PM me your email address.

Vivint Home Security is incredible! 3 reasons I like it are:
1. I am notified if something or someone falls into my swimming pool.
2. I can see people hanging around my driveway.
3. When someone rings my doorbell, I can hear why they are visiting, even when I’m miles away. This guy says he is a plumber, here to fix the plumbing. We don’t have any plumbing issues. Hmmm…

My mother was a master baker. She made cake without eggs, cake made with pudding, tomato soup cake, and the best cookies you would ever taste. Perhaps the simplest recipe is for Angel Kisses. They take just minutes to prepare and are highly customizable. Te recipe calls for food coloring, so you can make greenies, pinkies, blueies, orangies, or any color you wish depending on the occassion. Give it a try.

Many of my favorite memories happened during the two weeks my Boy Scout troop spent every fall in the boundary waters between Minnesota and Canada. No motors, no electricity, no conveniences. Just us and nature. Well, it was my turn to cook the evening meal - Chicken & Dumplings from scratch. It must have smelled good because I looked up, and there was a brown bear at the edge of camp, licking his chops. We didn't panic, although we ate quickly, cleaned up in record time, loaded our canoes and headed for an island to stay for the night.
