Residential systems. Minimum 2-3 years experience as a start to finish lead installer.
Epa cert.
You should already know how to install residential systems using proper Hvac techniques.
Must be able to complete installations with minimum supervision and able to complete task by a scheduled time. Also you are a Team leader with ability to productively direct helper during installation process.
Clean driving record and back ground check.
