Let’s make sure your tune up for the year is taken care of by a quality professional this year, fuel prices are very expensive, it’s so important that your system is running to capacity, make sure you vents are clear of snow, and that your antifreeze levels are correct(if you have it), let’s all be safe this season and conserve what we can, it’s only going to get more expensive as time goes on, why not make the most of what we have to spend on fuel. It’s that time again, be safe and don’t wait for the last minute, have your system tuned up, or just checked out, if you have antifreeze in the system, check the PH, and the freeze protection level. Change the batteries in your Smoke/CO detectors, and the batteries in your thermostats. Be preventative so you have a safe winter, and remember, if you have a newer unit that vents out the side of your home, keep those pipes clear of snow and debris. It’s that time of year again folks, make sure your heating system has been updated and tuned up, change the batteries in your thermostat, if you have antifreeze in your system, make sure that the PH is, and the freeze protection are in the correct parameters. For oil customs, make sure you keep a clear path to the oil fill, for the oil driver. For the folks with side wall vents, make sure you have a plan to keep that clear of snow and leaves. So the snow is coming, remember to keep your vent pipes on the newer systems clear of snow and ice. If you have oil, keep up with a reasonable path to your fill and vent pipe so you can get scheduled deliveries. The oil drivers have to haul that heavy hose all day long. Change the batteries in your CO and smoke alarms and also don't forget to change the batteries in your digital thermostats. Have you had your antifreeze checked this year? It’s that time of year again, Time to have your heating systems looked over and tuned up for the heating season. Make sure the batteries in your CO and Smoke detectors are good. If you have antifreeze in your system, don’t forget to have that checked as well. Antifreeze is a great prevention tool but it must be checked every year for freeze protection and for PH. This is a simple process but must be done. Make sure you have a plan to keep your cold air intake and vent pipes free from obstruction's such as snow and ice. If you have oil heat, make sure you have the means to keep your fill and vent pipe's accessible for the delivery guy. Feel free to call me with any questions or service and installation needs.
