Sticky Toffee Pudding - style. I’ve never actually had sticky toffee pudding before and it’s probably my new favorite dessert. Thankfully, my wife is an excellent baker…although she didn’t grace me with any random musical numbers despite my attempts (for those of you wondering what this is reference to…watch Just A Dash. First batch on the BIAB system. Figured I would go for something pretty straight forward - Black IPA. Pretty easy set up. It’s nice being able to set the temp and walk away knowing it will self adjust. Def need to make a mobile cart of sorts for future brews.

Finally done with this kitchen island build. Just have to do a final sand on the base to it is prepped for primer and paint. I’ll be glad to get this project out of the way as I really want to spend some time working on shop projects.
