Leaking chimneys can cause a lot of concern. This one was leaking in the attic and causing ceiling staining in the daughter’s bedroom. Not to mention how scary it is when a chimney is venting into the attic!

Wrapped up on this liner install and rebuild.Roof is being replaced and so is the flashing… perfect time to use some chimney specific flashing sealant for a temporary water tight closure to the roofline.

Siding on this house needed some love before the chimney gets rebuilt. Carpenter working at the house was happy to help repair and touch it up for me to speed things along!
