Last fall we started on a fourplex in North Kansas City and replaced 105 sheets of siding on it Tyvek backing. We replaced it by falls ending, and we painted it this spring. This is the before during and after look of the building.

In the middle of a full remove and replace siding. It's the old Masonite coming off and going back with LP Smart Siding and trim. When we opened up the chimney we found out that the corner of the upper roof of the chimney cause rot and water damage all the way down three stories. We've rebuilt and replaced many of the 2x4s that were riding and secured it up. We were actually surprised that it was stain up with what was holding it on originally. More pictures to come as the job goes on.

Removed some French doors and installed two sliding glass doors.
