Hello, my name is Mike Sprinkle and I am a carpenter with 20+ years of experience in residential construction. Currently, I am a Journeyman with Midwest Carpenters Union Local 315.

Well versed with building codes in both Johnson county Kansas and Jackson county Missouri, basically, The KC Metropolitan Area.
I have adopted my business philosophy from another carpenter that I used to work with. Two Quotes in particular…

Every since my departure I have carried them words with me and I spread it like wild fire. Guess who loves these quotes? Your right, the only one that matters… THE CUSTOMER.
You maybe asking yourself,”Why does this guy even bother? There are some many shiesty contractors, we don’t need any more…”
At Sprinkle Pro Built, I am going to try something unorthadoxed… Ive never seen or heard of another contractor doing this, THIS WILL BE MY BUSINESS MODEL, PRETTY SIMPLE ACTUALLY, I WANT FOR THIS QUOTE TO SIT IN AND HOPEFULLY TAKE FLIGHT…
“I STRIVE TO BE A CONTRACTOR FOR THE PEOPLE…”
What I mean by this is that the bottomline is important but its not everything. I want to be able to serve the communities that cannot afford home renovations because it can get pretty darn expensive. I have came up with a few ways to save, help the ones less fortunate, I grew up poor and us poor people should be able to afford home improvement. I tend to change the way this business works, not everybody may agree but I wholeheartedly believe in this.
I am developing social media for my business, I have even started to teach myself how to code in html. I want to spread the word!!!!
I already have a few guys I would love to hire as soon as im ready to take them on. You see, I have been homeless for the past 4-6 months with no help….with one exception…

*Timothy Peerman, Owner of AllPro Automotive. One of the best autobody guys around with over 40+ years of experience. This man took it upon himself and saved my family at least 12 times when ABSOLUTELY NOBODY ELSE WOULD. He comes across as an as***le but he is a kind hearted oversized teddy bear that deserves all the recognition that he can get. People have bad mouthed him for years and I actually sided with them. Now, I feel like crap for it. The man busts his ass 10-12 hours a day 7 days a week and that is no exaggeration. Trust me, I know, non stop working has even started to rub off on me. I EVEN WORK SUNDAYS NOW, BUT NOW MY CHIEFS CANT EVEN KEEP ME FROM WORK. I am trying like hell to earn this man’s respect, hes a little rough on me but I think he is starting to see that I am the only other one in the family that is even close to him when it comes to work. Tim, you have been like a Father to me… scratch that, man uncle, you basically are my Dad. You never fail to be there for me like a Dad, you give me advice, heck man Ive been taking after you lately, Tim, words cannot express how much gratitude that I have for you being in our lives. There is another thing ive been trying to show you but I don’t think you are taking the hint. Now is NOT the right time, in due time I want you to be able to COMPLETE YOUR 5 YEAR PLAN that I kid you not, have heard about it for the past 10 years.
Im just gonna say it, you cant teach me your art, HOWEVER, you can teach me how to help you run things. Man, you don’t have to do it all. You have a college educated nephew right here ready to help you handle the load. Look, Im a guy, I get it, you are set in your ways. So am I but I do know I need a young guy or two to work for me because my body cant handle the labor anymore. I could possibly help you take your business onto the next level or close it out to where you can actually retire. You deserve a break big guy. Despite, what you have heard, or whatever, I am just as capable as anybody else in the family, I am a cold calculating M**o. I do life like how I play chess, I think 5-10 moves ahead.
On my social pages I will have a link to a crowd funding service. I WILL BE BIDDING JOBS FOR PEOPLE THAT CANNOT AFFORD IT. Every job I complete I will donate $50 to the cause. I urge the rest of you to do the same, once there is enough to take care of that family I will go do that job.
Let me introduce to you what I will be naming… “The Barter Discount”
I am just starting out so there is A LOT of equipment that I will need. Let us help each other. This is the offer, I will list everything I need with priority items listed first. If we agree for me to do a job for you, now this is totally up to you. Sometime before I start the job, if you buy me items off of the list that has a value of at least a $1000 I will take $2000 off of the price that I bid you. Do more than that? We can work something out, so please anything beyond that first $1000 speak with me first. I will not even except the merchandise until after the job is complete. Let me add, FIRST AND FOREMOST I need a good working work truck. Right now I have no vehicle, for now. However, that will not stop me from getting to you.
Payment
*Customer is responsible for their own material
*Most jobs, depending on how large it is there will usually b e at least 2-3 phases…draws. This will vary job to job and will eventually diminish. We will discuss the draws during our talks. Basically, we all have families to take care of, after certain milestones I will require payment for the previous week of work, wont be much, just enough for myself or any other help that I may have survive.
*I am a proud father of 2 boys with autism, because of that I will be donating 5-15% of my profits to autism speaks. It will all be kept track of on my websites.
*If I am able to finish the job earlier than expected, I will either add a perk or do another discount (subject to change)
*While I was homeless I met a lot of good people so to anybody that would like to learn a valuable trade, give me a call.
