Watching our new home come to life has already been such an exciting experience!

One thing I’ve especially enjoyed is learning more about the new construction side of real estate and seeing firsthand just how many decisions and details go into building a home from the ground up - not to mention the incredible design options. 😍

As a Realtor, I love being able to help clients explore ALL of their homeownership options, including new builds and not just resale homes. 🤍

🎉 Huge shoutout to Stacy McGuire and the entire crew at Fischer Homes for being amazing to work with throughout the process so far! This is our third time building with Fischer, and we couldn’t be more excited to watch it all come together.

A good space tells a story before anyone says a word.

For this client, the goal was a masculine, historic, collected, and refined gallery wall inspired by French interiors - without feeling overly ornate or traditional.

The result feels warm, grounded, and timeless. 🤍

Hi, I’m Kristin - and I’m officially back!
