We rebuilt this deck with new joist and post and upgraded to Azek decking and cable rails. Also added lights on the posts. This job was for customers we have done numerous jobs for on the Cheboygan River.

Windows are all in and the casing is on. We have one 6’ slider yet to install and a 32” entry door.

This job is on Burt Lake. The house has hips and the homeowner wanted to eliminate the hip look and make both ends of the house with gables. We put on new shingles on the whole house. Part of the chimney was torn down and it will get new siding over the brick to match the house. We will be adding all new Anderson 400 series windows and LP Smart Siding.

First 3 pictures was a new build. Other pictures of back deck was only supposed to be replacing the treated deck boards to cedar, however the majority of the framing was bad so we had to rebuild all of it.

This job is located on Mullet Lake. We removed all the vinyl siding and put up LP siding. We stripped off the old stain from the log posts and headers and applied new stain. All the fascia and soffit was painted along with all exterior doors/garage doors

This deck was located at Chestnut Valley Golf Course. We removed the the cedar decking and then had to replace a section of the deck (12x32) with new joist and also replaced the rotted sections of railing. New decking is Trex.

This project got closed cell foam in walls and ceilings. Drywall is going up and we were able to get all the roof metal finished up along with the siding. We still need to put on the outside corners. We will be working on bending the fascia next.
