This project involved a bit everything; restoration and repair, installing additions, and general TLC. We power washed, and stripped the deck. Then we added the woodwork necessary to secure the pipe railing inserts, and hand railing structure. This was followed by sealing a few openings where deck meets house. To finish, we painted the steel pipes black using Rust-Oleum Solid Paint, and stained the deck using Australian Timber Oil in Jarrah Brown. The results are sharp!

This project was a build we conducted, along with staining, about three years ago. The homeowner reached out to arrange a makeover, ensuring continued protection, and extending the life of the deck. We cleaned and prepped the deck by sealing any cracks and/or gaps. We then applied two coats of Cabot Frontier and Mission Brown. TLC to the rescue again; it pops!

We removed the carpet and tack strips, then cleaned and prepped the floor. This led to the installation of the Eagle Creek Engineered Hardwood Flooring in Toasted Bamboo. We finished by installing a white quarter round trim providing a nice clean appearance. It looks sharp!
