We’re excited to welcome our summer interns, Jackson Theobald and Pablo Vestena!

Jackson is an Economics student at Purdue University interning with our supply chain team, where he is eager to apply what he’s learned in the classroom while gaining real-world experience and building new connections.

Previously working with AMI in 2024, Pablo is returning as a 4th-year PhD student in Transportation Materials at North Carolina State University. This summer, he is continuing to build his expertise in asphalt mixes and binders while working with H.G. Meigs at our Portage lab.

We’re glad to have them both on board and look forward to their contributions this summer! 👏

Great infrastructure projects don’t always rely on new materials. Sometimes, they succeed by rethinking how we use what’s already there ♻️

Indiana’s Asphalt Recycling & Reclaiming Association (ARRA) 2026 award-winning SR-13 project did just that, integrating Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) and Cold Central Plant Recycling (CCPR) to reuse existing pavement and deliver significant cost savings compared to traditional reconstruction.

It’s exciting to see continued recognition for projects that demonstrate innovation in the industry!
