Im a bit befuddled lately and hoping people can help me better understand....
America is celebrating 250 years of Freedom this year.
I made a bunch of decor items to help celebrate that fact.
The feedback I have had at shows about the items is great and very positive..... yet only a few items have sold.
Went to Hobby Lobby to get some paint and saw they have sold a ton of their cheap July 4 decor... that was made in China... then multiple neighbors have the same stuff and nothing is original.
WHY??????
Why do so many people continue to buy things like this from the Big box stores rather than local small business people?
(Yes... i do go to big box stores bc I cant make my own paint or ribbon or twine, etc)
You want to buy some handmade goods to celebrate???
