Andre & Brad wanted to update their home we started with knocking out a wall and matched the interior design of the archways of this house that was originally built in 1940s.

We then expanded the kitchen into the back porch area and opened up another wall

They updated appliance counter tops and custom cabinetry by Greg Kearns Builder Designer

This was a tough custom project that we brought back to an updated status

In designing and building this dormer we took an existing area that was for storage on the second floor of the home and added a 12 ft. wide dormer with a roof line that we designed to match the existing home.

We also added a complete bath for the possibility of the room being for guests.

It is now used for the homeowner's office.

This was an older but well maintained home. We designed and built a mudroom addition that included a full laundry and bathroom on the back of the home. We built this as an historic home. Great customer
