A new seat at the table. 🪑✨

There's something exciting about adding new inventory to our collection—especially when it gives our design team even more ways to create memorable spaces.

These new chairs bring fresh silhouettes, beautiful texture, and another layer of versatility to our staging inventory. Whether they're creating a cozy conversation area, defining a bedroom corner, or adding personality to a living space, the right chair can completely change how a room feels.

And that's the beauty of having a thoughtfully curated inventory: every piece gives us another opportunity to create a stage that feels anything but one-size-fits-all.

We can't wait to show you where these land next.

What makes a home feel truly elevated? It’s all in the details.

For this project we focused on creating spaces that felt warm, intentional, and effortlessly sophisticated. From the rich wood tones and sculptural lighting in the kitchen to the layered textures and inviting furnishings throughout, every detail was chosen to complement this completely reimagined home.

This home has been transformed from the studs out—and we loved helping bring the finishing touches to life.

You don’t always need a full staging to make your home market-ready.

Our Market Prep Consultations are designed for homeowners and real estate professionals who want an expert eye on what will make a home show its best before it hits the market.

During a consultation, we walk through the home and provide recommendations on things like:

✨ What to declutter, remove, or rearrange
✨ Furniture placement and room flow
✨ Paint, lighting, and cosmetic updates
✨ Curb appeal and first impressions
✨ Which improvements are worth making—and which aren’t
✨ How to prepare the home for listing photos and showings

Sometimes, a few strategic changes can make a big difference in how a home is perceived by buyers.

Whether you need a clear plan before listing or simply want a professional perspective, we're here to help you prepare your home to stand out.

There’s something about this room that feels effortlessly collected.

For this great room, we leaned into a mix of warm wood, soft neutrals, aged textures, and bold black accents to complement the architecture without overwhelming it.

The oversized coffee table grounds the seating area, while the curved chairs and soft, textured sofa bring balance to all of the strong architectural lines. We loved the way the black-framed doors, iron fireplace details, and statement chandelier add just enough contrast against the lighter palette.

And that fireplace? It was the perfect anchor for the entire room.

The goal was to create a space that felt elevated, comfortable, and thoughtfully layered—a room that feels beautiful from every angle but still feels like somewhere you could actually live.

The beauty of a well-designed home is often found in the details.

For this large project, we carried a warm, elevated aesthetic throughout the home—using layered textures, natural tones, statement lighting, and thoughtfully scaled furniture to give each space its own personality while keeping the overall design cohesive.

From the welcoming dining area and kitchen to the private primary suite, home office, guest spaces, and bonus areas, we chose pieces that emphasized the architecture and showed buyers how each room could function.

We especially loved mixing clean-lined contemporary pieces with softer, organic textures. The combination keeps the home feeling sophisticated without becoming overly styled.

A large home doesn't need more furniture. It needs the right furniture, in the right proportions, with the right feeling.

Honestly, we loved this stage too much not to share it again. 🤍

This was one of those projects where every room gave us something to work with. The character, the scale, the finishes—it all came together beautifully.

A big stage, a beautiful home, and way too many photos we loved. So here’s another look. 😉

✨ JUST LISTED ✨

This beautifully reimagined 1930s English Tudor preserves the architectural charm buyers love while incorporating the modern updates and design features they want—including a stunning kitchen, main-floor primary suite, vaulted ceilings, and nearly 800 additional finished square feet in the basement.

For this project, we brought in a large-scale staging installation designed to complement the home rather than compete with it.

Warm textures, intentional furniture placement, and carefully selected décor helped define each space while allowing the original character and thoughtful renovations to remain the star.

Because staging isn't about filling an empty room. It's about helping buyers feel the potential of a home.

Thinking about selling your home this fall? 🍂 Now is the time to start preparing.

The homes that make the strongest first impression don’t come together overnight. A little preparation now can make a big difference when it’s time to photograph and list your home.

Start with:
• Decluttering and creating breathing room
• Freshening up your landscaping
• Removing overly personal décor
• Touching up paint and high-traffic areas
• Creating a welcoming entry
• Making each room feel intentional and functional

And don’t wait until the listing is live to think about staging. Thoughtful preparation and professional staging can help your home photograph beautifully and make a lasting impression on buyers.

Planning to sell this fall? **Start now.** Your future listing will thank you. ✨
