This kitchen has been under construction for close to 2 months, and it finally all came together this weekend! These were all new unfinished cabinets, finished in Sherwin-Williams Shiitake.

Shiitake is warm and grounded, with subtle brown and tan undertones that give it an organic, calming feel — and this space does exactly that. The soft earthy tone brings warmth to the kitchen while still keeping it bright, timeless, and inviting.

Check out these before and afters from this kitchen renovation. The clients replaced the flooring and countertops, added a custom island, and New Life Interiors refinished the original oak veneer doors using our industrial coating in Sherwin-Williams Accessible Beige and SW Naval on the island. We also added antique brass hardware to complete the look. It pairs perfectly with their mid-century style and really brightens up the space.

A redesigned pantry ready to take on the challenges of daily family life! Spaces like this can easily get cluttered, but the new ikea cabinets should make it much more functional. Drenched in the moody Sherwin-Williams ‘Merlot,’ the color pairs beautifully with the new light fixture, gold hardware, and a colorful rug—creating a calmer, more inviting space for my friend.

After a long summer break, we are back at it, transforming homes, one oak kitchen at a time. These special clients wanted to make a few cosmetic updates before potentially selling their home . They started with brightening up their walls from Grey to Sherwin Williams Aesthetic White and painting their trim a crisp white. Complete cabinet reface- which means these cabinets got all new door and drawer faces! Quality doors and quality industrial grade products = beautiful update that is a fraction of the cost of all new cabinets!

The client chose a creamy white called , paired with worldly grey on the walls. There were lots of moving parts on this project as they also had their floors refinished and installed the tile backsplash. It doesn’t even look like the same kitchen, it’s so much brighter and spacious!
