Confession time...I put my foot through a ceiling. I was finishing up a job and walking out when the wire that is hanging down, tripped me, and I fell through. Anyone who knows about popcorn ceiling knows that it is not fun to match. I am very relieved to state...it went well and looks like nothing ever happened!!!

Porch work and weedeating from today.

For the porch had to jack up the porch and replace the 4x4's, then add a railing and rungs.

For the landscaping, had to weedeat 1/4 of an acre because most of it is sloping pretty severely. Love seeing finished projects!!

Nothing takes precedence over customer satisfaction. Not time, not money, nothing. This is why any work that is done is backed for the life of the product.

The first seal (pictured) started folding when the door was shut. I came out and fixed it at no cost.

The second seal (pictured) was allowing water in if it was very windy and raining so I came and adjusted it at no cost.

For the pergola that was assembled, the owner decided they wanted secured to the concrete after the windy and rainy day yesterday, and since it was originally quoted to have it secured, they just weren't sure when, it was done today on a separate visit at no cost.

There is paint that I did in a room that for some reason was not mixing right. When it dried, it was not the same color in some places as in other. This room is going to be repainted AT NO COST.

Quality work and customer satisfaction is a must. We strive for perfection the first time, but even when things come up that aren't the cause of poor work, they will be adjusted to give customer satisfaction. That is why you can trust Roman Home Maintenance for your home repairs.
