Coleus are in their place along with a few other things. Also an update on the baskets. They really took off last week with all that sunshine! 😎
Hopefully tomorrow I’ll remember to take some more pictures and post. I get busy doing things and forget…..anyway we are about 3 to 3 1/2 weeks away from opening day! Will keep you posted as to when that will be.

Things are coming along! Bushes and shrubs got planted today. Seeded some peppers and marigolds too. Gotta start them early so things are ready for May! 🌺🌸😎

✔️Baskets!

Planted well over a thousand hanging baskets, moss planters and some pots over the last few days. Still have a few to do but the majority are done. 😎 We couldn’t have done it without the help of family and friends that came to help!

Also got the begonias and a few other things all planted. Now to watch them grow! 😊

Got a start on the baskets yesterday, about 2/3 done. The big ones will get planted today. Just think, in about 7 weeks we will be ready! 😎🌺🌸🌼💐🪻🌻

And it OFFICIALLY begins……my first day in the greenhouse, feels SO good to have dirt under my nails! 😆😆
Greg of course has been working all month on water lines, fans, vents, repairing benches, maintenance and prepping for the season. 💪🏼
Next week we get our first shipment of cuttings. 🌺🌸🌼 😎

A few things blooming in the greenhouse. 😎 These past warm sunny days have been great. If only the nights would stay warm. 🥴

New things to look for and try this year:
Pot-o-peno pepper (hanging jalapeño)
Basket-o-fire pepper (small hot pepper)
Hula Begonias (2 colors)
Zydeco Zinnias (3 colors)
Alternanthera (2 colors)
Bracteantha (3 colors)
Cordyline (3 colors)

Was a very productive weekend, thanks to awesome helpers, many hands made quick work! Over 1000 baskets planted and growing. May 1st will be here before we know it! 😎🌼🌺🌹🌷💐
