Well the spring weather finally decided it wanted to cooperate. Just wrapped this one up up in Silver Lake. Two coats of Benjamin Moore Woodluxe solid stain brought this cottage back to life.

Someone ordered a flag pole? Their flag pole got damaged last year, and didn’t have time to get it replaced. We brought out our lift and put out flag up for opening day! Anyone want to donate a flag pole for the kids?

Scottie B put on a different hat this spring. We would like to introduce our 12U Baseball team. To these 13 young men he is known as Coach B. One of these young men is the our fifth generation. We wish the team the best of luck this season. Thank you gentlemen for representing Baker Painting.

We even got some upgrades done—check out our freshly painted sign in its new location for everyone to see! Big shoutout and all credit to Baker Painting for making it look incredible! 🎨

For 75 years, Baker Painting has been serving Ionia and surrounding communities. We have been providing craftsmanship of a high standard passed down over three generations. To celebrate our 75 years in business, we are going to give back this to the community this year. We are starting with GIYL Greater Ionia Youth League 2026 They had a nice sand blasted wooden sign out by the road that was in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint. It was in a spot that was hard to see, so we recommend moving it. We got the sign down and back to our shop where we could work our magic. We got the freshly painted sign up today in a new location where it can be seen, just in time for their opening weekend next weekend. We also talked to our awesome paint reps last week and between Benjamin Moore and Repcolite paints, they donated the product to get the buildings cleaned up. We will get going on them as soon as we can!

We are off and running! Wrapped up this roof for Wave Auto Wash. two coats of Benjamin Moore Command got the job done very nice!

Well the 2026 exterior season has started. We started the season with 53 light pole in Sherwood Forest. This was a good project to start the season with, working a few hour here and there. Between rain drops and cold nights, we got it done!

Well the job trailer came home this week while the weather was teasing us. It has been a long winter but, we are excited to get our 76th painting season started, just waiting for Mother Nature to get her act together! We have 11 jobs in the books for the 2026 exterior painting season with over 200 gallon of roof coating to go on.
