Before we trade summer days for crisp mornings and falling leaves, take a quick walk around your home and check these off your list:

☑️ Clean out the gutters — especially before the leaves start falling 🍂
☑️ Look at your siding for cracks, loose pieces, or signs of water damage
☑️ Check around windows & doors for cracked or missing exterior caulk
☑️ Check downspouts to make sure they're directing water away from your home
☑️ Walk around your foundation and look for cracks or areas where water may collect
