🏡 5 Questions to Ask Before You Buy a Backyard Building! 🤔

Thinking about adding a shed, garage, greenhouse or kennel to your property? Smart move! But before you buy, ask yourself these 5 questions:

1️⃣ What am I actually using it for?
Storage, workshop, animals, plants? Knowing your WHY helps you pick the right size and style!

2️⃣ How much space do I actually have?
Measure your yard BEFORE you fall in love with something! 😂 Leave room for doors to swing open and a little breathing room around the sides.

3️⃣ Do I need height?
Tall wall buildings like our High Rise Garden give you so much more usable vertical space — especially great for shelving, tall equipment, or livestock! Standard wall height on Dutch Barns are 6'6", smaller A-Frames 6'4", 10 x 10 and larger A-Frames have 7'4" walls.

4️⃣ What's my delivery situation?
Make sure there's a clear path to your ideal spot. Gates, fences, and overhead lines are things to check BEFORE delivery day! 🚚 Your path should be 2' wider than the shed and 14' of head room.

5️⃣ Am I thinking big enough?
Almost everyone wishes they'd gone one size up. When in doubt — size up! You'll never regret the extra space. 😄
