Let's dream of warmer weather while looking at this beauty of a lake house that belongs to the Walker family! A build is always special when the owner is a life-long friend who is so talented and deserving! Her personal touches fill the space like the artwork she created that hangs in every room to the oh so admired wallpaper accents in the ceiling-height kitchen cabinets. This beauty is just shy of 1900 sq. ft. living. The client allowed us to pick the floor plan, exterior color, granite countertops, and fixtures! You know Kylie was in Heaven! 😍 The Open-Concept style home is a favorite of ours. The layout is spectacular, and I definitely could see a family making some great memories here! Let's start with the most recent Droddy House! This 3600+ sq. ft. living custom home is a beauty sitting along Toledo Bend Lake! So many custom elements and such a great design that it feels even bigger! The Droddy's did a wonderful job picking out the fixtures and lighting that it just was the icing on the cake. I absolutely love this home! Congrats and We hope you enjoy this home for many years to come! 😎
