Please be considerate of your hvac guys if your thermostat is set to 72 and it’s 75 inside with an outdoor ambient temp of 110+. There’s not much we can do. We are all short on help and hate turning down work but we are all working hard to keep Columbia cool. Nuisance calls can risk an elderly persons life. Please consider the old guy that his air is really broke and it i/s 98degrees and that could be a life or death situation
