Day 4: Bathroom Remodel # 3 👀

On this project we focused on fixing some water damage from previous issues. We,

- Repaired the Subfloor
- Put New LVP Down
- Installed Trim
- Re-Installed Toilet
- Re-Installed Sink
- Doors

Wasn’t much to this one besides finding the water damage, removing it, and replacing it with some brand new subfloor. Then putting some now LVP down, trimming the room out and making sure that shower is water tight. A quick turn around as this took us a full day to complete but a major lasting improvement was made on this bathroom.

Day 2: Finished a Full Bathroom Remodel

This week we are playing catch up on posting our completed jobs.

Day 1 : Finishing the final phase of this home remodel project!

We came back and put the final touches on this front room.

Wall panels, trim, box detail to hide pipes!

With this being completed the interior of the home has been remodeled from the front to the back of the house!

PHASE 6 IS ALMOST COMPLETE!!

But here is the update in the meantime until it’s finished!

In this phase we,

Finished the trim in both bathrooms
Finished the trim in the hallway
Subfloor, flooring, and door for hallway closet
Floored and trimmed the step for the back door
Subfloor, Floor, Trim, Door, and Step Down for Exterior Door in front bedroom
Subfloor, Floor in front Garage/Storage room

Only thing left on this one is the walls and a little bit of drywall repair !
