I had the privilege of hanging with these two amazing helpers today! Teaching them the “ins and outs” of the business side of the construction company. We started our day at the bank to finalize a new account opening, followed by a trip to the notary and a final stop at the courthouse to submit a bid on a new property!

This roof was a bit more challenging than your typical replacement. This roof had a metal roof installed with asphalt shingles over top?!?!!! We had to do a complete tear off and resheet. All new sheathing, shingles and flashing.

New deck with stairs to the second floor, new windows, doors, siding, soffit, facia, gutters and downspouts as well as a new roof extension, shingles, and to top it all off new attic insulation and 3 new mini splits installed at upstairs offices.

We took this existing covered porch space and turned it into an awesome master bathroom.
