We're seeing it in every project now with oversized walk-in showers, rainfall shower heads, steam features, heated floors that make cold mornings a little more bearable here in the Pacific Northwest, freestanding tubs, and more!

Most of our clients don't remodel their kitchen because of resale value. They do it because they've cooked in the same frustrating layout for ten years. The island is too small, there's no storage, and it just doesn't work.

The financial return is the bonus. The daily return is the coffee nook in the morning, the dinners with the kids, the counter space that actually fits your life.
