Over the past two weeks we welcomed team members from across the country to Jackson, TN for our H&M University Spring Training sessions.

U.S. manufacturing expanded for the fourth consecutive month in May 2026.

That is not a headline to watch. It is the market your capital program is competing in.

H&M June 2026 Industrial Brief

Two policy deadlines are landing within three weeks of each other this summer, and both of them have direct implications for any manufacturer with a facility program in motion.

The Section 122 global import surcharge expires July 24, 2026. The USMCA joint review opens July 1, 2026. Neither is a reason to stop a project. Both are reasons to make sure the decisions being locked in right now are based on solid analysis, not assumptions that may not hold once the policy environment resets.

In our June Industrial Brief, we cover what these deadlines mean for industrial owners on both sides of the Atlantic, including:

Through the H&M Foundation and in partnership with we had the incredible honor of granting Aerial’s wish to visit the Mall of America and stay at the Great Wolf Lodge!

We were also excited to celebrate with Aerial and her family at .jackson in Jackson, where they created special memories before her trip.

Moments like these remind us how meaningful it is to give back and help create memories that last a lifetime. ✔️

H&M May 2026 Industrial Brief
The companies that have been analyzing U.S. production for the past two years are done analyzing.

Friday, we hosted a crawfish and shrimp boil as a small thank you to the friends and partners who have worked alongside us over the years, while also welcoming the opportunity to build new relationships along the way.
