✨ Sometimes, the damage goes beyond cleaning✨

As a professional cleaner, I’ve had the opportunity to bring many things back to life that homeowners once thought were too far gone. There’s nothing I love more than hearing a customer say, “I thought we were going to have to replace this!”— only to see their reaction when they realize just how much of a difference a professional, detailed cleaning can make. 🩵

But I also believe in being honest with my customers. Not everything can be cleaned back to new. Sometimes years of buildup, staining, wear, or damage have permanently affected a surface. While I will always put in my absolute best effort to achieve the best possible results, I can’t promise that every surface or space can be restored.

I’m a cleaner — not a restoration company. But if something can be brought back to life through professional cleaning, I’m going to do everything I can to make it happen. 💪🏼✨

I couldn’t help myself so I cleaned a couple of things 😓 There was so much broken and dirty stuff in this home…can you believe this was $1000 for 1 weekend? I might leave my business card so they can have a thorough turn over between stays lol

Ps there were no towels to dry off with or wash rags to clean yourself. Also not a single scrap of toilet paper. Thankfully I always come prepared.

When you're getting a quote from a professionally run cleaning business—whether it's a small family-owned business or a larger company—please remember that the quote isn't what the business owner gets to take home. 🩵

For example, on a $3,000 one-time move-in/move-out hazardous foreclosure job, a portion of that income will go toward self-employment and state income taxes (taxes would be over $500 for this job). Then you have employees or subcontractors to pay, products and equipment to purchase, fuel, insurance, licensing, business expenses, and all of the behind-the-scenes work that goes into running a legitimate business…And after all of that, the owner still has to pay themselves.

So that $3,000 isn't really $3,000 in the owner's pocket. In many cases, only a small fraction of the original quote becomes actual take-home income.

When you hire a professional cleaning business, you're paying for much more than the hours and days spent inside your home. You're paying for the knowledge, experience, supplies, equipment, reliability, professionalism, and everything that happens behind the scenes to make sure the job is done properly.

A professional quote isn't just a price for cleaning—it's the cost of providing the service as a legitimate, sustainable business.
