We have IHOP at home! 🧇

-Waffle with strawberries and zero sugar whipped cream….130 calories and 5 grams of protein

*I used regular pancake mix and fairlife fat free milk for my waffle batter. You could add extra protein powder to the mix or use an actual protein shake as the milk to pump up the protein

-Chicken and waffles with cheesy egg….650 calories and 48 grams of protein.

*I made the waffle the same as the first one. A tip is to use a butter flavored pam as your cooking spray. Use sugar free pancake syrup and I use 45 calorie per tablespoon butter. Adding 1 scrambled egg with 1 ounce of velveeta cheese adds alot of food and protein for the calories. I choose 6 ounces of Just Bare chicken bites air fried for 18 minutes to make the best crispy chicken.

What is everyone making for Memorial Day? 🇺🇸

-Today we had baked chicken leg quarters, penne Alfredo pasta, garlic toast and a zero sugar cherry Coke Zero. 965 calories and 61 grams of protein.

*Tips- Walmart had bags of chicken leg quarters that are huge and around $8. To me it is the best deal in the meat department. Depending on their size there is usually 8 to 16 peices of chicken in the bag!
- I love the Rana brand of Alfredo from the refrigerator section. It has alot of calories though. So when I make a big batch of pasta I use one container of the Alfredo and then one container of blended cottage cheese. Once you add them together and add some extra garlic powder it all tastes just like the Rana Alfredo. But you have half the calories and triple the protein. Also use barilla protein pasta to bump up the protein even more.
- This meal had a lot of calories. You just have to be aware of that throughout your day and adjust your other meals to stay in your deficit. I like to plan out my meals for the next day each evening. That way it is easier to stay in my deficit because I already know what I’m gonna have each day.

Homemade Hamberger Helper Meal Prep
——————————————————————
-Makes 5 servings at 610 calories and 47 grams of protein each

Ingredients
-1 pound of lean ground beef
-1 box of barilla penne protein pasta
-1 can of evaporated milk
-8 ounces of velveeta cheese
-salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder to taste

Directions: In a large Dutch oven brown your hamburger meat. Lean hamburger most likely won’t have any grease to drain off. Season to taste. Then add the box of pasta, the can of evaporated milk and then enough water just to barely cover your pasta. Bring the pot to a boil, cover the pot on medium low until pasta is almost done. Once pasta is almost done uncover the pot, stir, taste for seasoning and then add in your cheese. Turn the pot to low, keep stiring gently to mix in the cheese until the pasta is done. Then divide the pot into 5 equal servings in storage containers. Enjoy!

*This is such an easy delicious meal. It’s one pot which is nice. Only takes about 20 minutes to make. You can switch it up with ground turkey, pork or chicken. You can use any pasta. Can use any milk. You can also add any vegetable in at the end you like such as peas or broccoli.

Did you know you can meal prep grilled cheese? You can! We ended up with extra bread and cheese this week and I was not gonna let it go to waste. So I made 12 grilled cheese like normal. Let them cool completely. Then place In a ziplock baggie and place in the refrigerator. To warm them back up place them in the air fryer for 4-5 minutes and flip once half way through. They get crispy again and taste great!

* There are endless things that pair well with a grilled cheese for fast meals. Most pasta’s, chips, soups and salads. I paired mine tonight with 6 oz of just bare chicken bites also made in the air fryer and a big salad.

—Dark Chocolate Brownie Batter Soft Serve—
*Pictured cone is only 65 calories and 8 grams of protein!!! (15 calorie cone and 1/4 pint soft serve)

*Ties for best one yet with the cheesecake one!!

-directions for base is 1 cup fairlife lowfat milk, 1 scoop devotion brownie batter protein powder, 1 tablespoon Hershey cocoa powder, dash of salted Caramel pink salt. Process on soft serve creami fit setting, remix once with dash of fairlife milk then use soft serve extruder to dispense the soft serve. It is unreal how good this is and for so few calories. -Peach Sorbet-

*directions for this sorbet base is just one can of chunked peaches in light syrup. Then during the respin I added 2 tablespoon of skinny syrup simple syrup.

*my husband said this sorbet was good, but it wasn’t as good as the mango one we made last week. To try to improve the peach next time I think I will add peach skinny syrup instead of just simple syrup to boost the peach flavor more. But he said it’s still good.

—-Vanilla Cheesecake Ice Cream —-

-1 entire pint is 305 calories and 32 grams of protein

Directions:
-to make the base mix one vanilla protein shake, a dash of caramel pink salt and a tablespoon of zero sugar cheesecake instant pudding mix. Process on scoop and creami fit. During the remix add in 2 tablespoons of whipped cream cheese. Then during the mix in add in 1 whole graham cracker. Finally top with a pinch of crushed graham cracker and whipped cream if you like. It’s so good. Enjoy!

Today’s ninja creami creation….Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt…..the entire pint is 398 calories and 52 grams of protein!!!

*warning, you have to really like yogurt. I didn’t like this because I just don’t like the sour taste of yogurt. But my husband loved this.

Directions: for the base I combined 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt, 1 scoop skippy protein powder, 2 tablespoons PB2 powder, dash of Carmel pink salt and 2 pumps peanut butter cup skinny syrup. Then during the remix setting I added in 1 tablespoon of JIF peanut butter and a dash of milk.

*If you can at least meal prep your meat it will make your life so much easier. We will use this beef meal prep for several different meals over the next couple days. Possibilities are serve with rice, make into a quesadilla or nachos. Or use it to make sandwiches. The beef is from Sam’s Club and it’s so good!

Oatmeal Cream Pie Iced Coffee
————————————————- - 200 calories 13 grams of protein

Directions: line a large mason jar with skinny syrup marshmallow sauce. Add 1 cup to fairlife milk to cup. Then add 2 tablespoon of cookie butter and Marshmallow skinny syrups and 3 tablespoon of cinnamon brown sugar skinny syrup. Add 2 tablespoon of oatmeal cookie creamer. Then pour in 12 ounces of iced coffee brewed in your kurig using a foldgers pod. Stir, add ice to the top. Finally top with marshmallow cold foam, marshmallow sauce and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar. Enjoy!

*there are a million ways to try to make a coffee like this. You could use a vanilla protein shake and espresso powder. You could use vanilla almond skinny syrup instead of the cookie butter. You could add more creamer. Play around with your coffees at home till you make it perfect for you! Enjoy!
