Always great to see a before and after of a project. We sanded these hardwood floors down and burnt with a torch to bring out natural colors before resealing them.

Kitchen was gutted and rebuilt.

Stairs were removed and spiral stair case was installed.

A little water proofed can go a long way to give your siding an extended lifespan

Try lanco products or even red guard on the back and ground side prior to painting a new repair (we don’t mind). Kenneth MeJias

• keep exterior sealed with proper sealants
