Historic Ortega exterior we restored late 2025, lots and lots of wood rot repair. From t1-11 to custom milled channel rustic cedar siding, we do it all, the right way. Attic vent screens were replaced, structural beams and windows repaired, oil primed and finished with a topcoat of Regal Select. Swipe to the end for some before and progress pictures. This was a fun one!

That’s a wrap on another neat little Historic Avondale exterior. This one was in rough shape, we took this one down to bare wood with a deck and siding tool, replaced a lot of rotten wood, including a structural column, primed with Fresh Start oil based primer, and finished with a BM topcoat. helped us out with the finished photos again, swipe for some during/before videos. We love bringing these old houses back to life!

Neat historic exterior we just wrapped up in Old Ortega Histoic district. Very fun project, lots of wood rot repair and body work. Started outsourcing our photography to , hence the drastic increase in photo quality 📷 🤌🏻

Beautiful 1914 Prairie style house we finished in Ortega last week. We stripped over 100 years of previous flaking paint jobs off these old windows, and primed and painting everything top to bottom using products. Lots of wood rot repairs on these soffits, the original tongue in groove doesn’t exist on modern shelves so we had them custom made at Springfield Millworks. We thoroughly enjoyed this one!

Finished photos of a neat historic exterior we knocked out last week. The windows OPEN, that’s rare in this neighborhood. This was a fun project, SW Dover White Trim, SW Mediterranean windows doors and gables, and SW Gateway Gray on the body.

We ate through layers upon layers upon layers of flaking/alligatoring paint with the to bring this one down to bare wood, sprayed everything with oil based wood primer and a top coat of Duration.

The rain is finally letting up so we can finally get back on some exterior work. ✊🏻🪵 We like interior work but it doesn’t always photograph well. We managed to battle the weather and pull off an extensive rehab on this historic home just in time for its 100th birthday, the landscaping is DENSE which made it also hard to photograph, but you get the picture. All new siding on both attic dormers, lots of body work, deck sanded and stained, driveways and sidewalks acid etched and coated, Chantilly Lace body color and Iron Ore accents.
