Client wanted to do a complete remodel in their one bedroom condo in NTB. Included all new flooring, new kitchen and bathroom.

They wanted larger sinks (18 -24 inches in kitchen/bathroom) for better functionality. We removed a built in closet int the bathroom and installed a linen pantry to gain the space for a wider sink. We modified the kitchen with a smaller refrigerator, with ice maker (previously not an option) to give them much need sink space.

During the remodel, a whole electrical panel swap had to be done due to a breaker going bad in an old Federal Pacific panel.
**While they are not illegal to have one, it is illegal for electricians to work on them since comply with National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements. While this work was being done, electrician discovered the previous owner did some electrical work that was against code, so we had to have some rewiring done.

Even with the challenges, very pleased with the outcome.

Made a trip to Fla to see the folks and we discussed an issue with their side entry door to the garage sticking. Discovered that several years ago, a contractor was asked to put in a new door to include the capability to make it wider.
Well instead of letting folks know that it couldn't be done due the location, he just cut the king and jack studs and installed a wider door, with the door eventually taking all the load which caused it stick. Took the wider door out, jacked up to re-install the support (king/jack studs) and installed new door.

Another customer in North Topsail wanted new flooring on their second floor, so we removed the old lvp and installed the new which looks awesome. While installing, the toilet in half bath was removed only to find a terrible patch/fix job done on a damaged fl**ge. Talked to the client and made it right!

We have a client that we provide property maintenance for in North Topsail Beach that was not happy with the black kitchen sink that was in their home. They asked if it could be replaced since it was an undermount. That created a challenge.....
CHALLENGE ACCEPTED...
We removed the dishwasher and then cut out the side panel of the kitchen sink cabinet in order to remove the old sink. New sink was installed, panel installed/painted and the dishwasher reinstalled. Looks awesome!

I received a call to replace a disposal and when I get there, I find the first two pictures. Client paid someone to replace her sink and since the drains were back a little further from the previous sink, this creation was done. Accordion pipes are not allowed and no clue why they are sold in box stores. In addition, the sink was not properly installed, there was not sealant present and the sink slid around.
I replaced the disposal, changed the pipes and sealed the sink.
