Here is another completed job! Replaced complete door frame, header, 2 lanai posts and various rotted wood throughout lanai wood frame and deck. Stained deck and repainted the repairs, have to wait on the treated wood until it dries out.

Starting a new project today. A nice small interior painting project. This is an installed shiplap accent wall. The customer did an installation job. He attempted to stain it, however his was not happy with the look. So with his age he doesn’t want to deal with the high risk stuff again. So that’s where we come. We are the pros that know! We have the skills and knowledge to get the job done right! Our plan of action is to seal the stain with an oil based primer. Secondly, a slight sand with 220 sanding block. Then 2 final coats of Shewin Williams Emerald Urethane Enamel. Color is called Mexican Sand. We will post more photos when we complete this project! Wish us luck!
