Just finished this one up in Cunningham Creek! Painted the interior walls, removed wallpaper in both bathrooms, changed the front door color and removed old floors then installed new ones. Paint and floors make such a huge improvement on this home!

The owner didn’t want us to paint the trim, just lay quarter round and caulk after the floors were installed. How many companies do you know that would have called this first picture good? Not us, we went and paint matched the 20 year old painted trim and cleaned it up because that’s the kind of service we would expect if it were our home.
