An older project .. Completed in 2015 . concrete pad Extention attached to existing slab with. #4 rebar dowels and reinforcing mesh chaired to center of concrete depth. After pad Extention a broom finish and all edges rounded for finish . we conventional framed this pump house about 14 x 9 building. Roof constructed gable to gable , USB roof and finished with architectural shingles, hardee lap siding and a custom fabricated hinged double barn style doors.. Professional quality & completed in an efficient time frame .. Beautiful custom pump house/ golf cart storage building

tile flooring install, to remedy pet waste, smell, and stains. Job went from 405 sqft, to 860 sqft, with customer deciding to completly remove carpet and add a closet. That animals made there private toilet area

Extending patio cover for rear addition. . 37.5 ft laminated beams 3 bearing points over a 33 foot span. This is what u call polishing a turd, because the installer that raised and extended the concrete had the grade mixed up. But that's why it is custom conventional carpentry. The build will basically how it has to b to plan and be completed per plan dimensions, had a rocky start with material mixups with the supply house being at fault. So being this far behind schedule i will b thankful to just have it complete enough to call for inspection. All in all this job has been difficult on both sides, homeowner and professional alike, cannot let the struggles, issues, and set backs bring negativity ,, positive thoughts and views, bring positive solutions. The job will be completed and built with quality with entire scope of work complete and satisfactory to codes and the city inspectors specified requirements
