Do not buy a safe with an Intellok brand keypad. It has a design flaw that makes it extremely easy to open without the code. I have not decided whether to expose it or not. If you already own one, they can be replaced with a better quality lock that solves the problem.

Need your help. Myself and another local locksmith, Abi Locksmith, got a one star Google review that’s total BS. Need as many people to report it as fake to hopefully get Google's attention. It’s the one from Jay Tech that says we are middlemen working from overseas. Thank you.

!!NEW HOURS ANNOUNCEMENT!!

Beginning on Monday, Jan 30th, shop hours are expanding to better serve you, and we will finally be open on Saturdays!

New shop hours will be 8am - 6pm Monday - Saturday. Closed Sundays.

As always, roadside assistance is available 6am - Midnight 7 days a week.

UPDATE: The shop will be OPEN on FRIDAY for walk in customers. Roadside assistance will also likely resume as normal, provided that roads are not flooded or blocked.

Pierre's Lock Shop walk-in store will be closed Thursday & Friday due to Hurricane Ian. We will reopen on Monday, pending local conditions. If power is out, the shop will remain closed until power is restored.

Roadside assistance will be available before and after the brunt of Ian, and depending on conditions throughout the storm and afterwards. Call 904-737-5625 6am-midnight. Our mobile locksmiths will not drive anywhere that they determine to be unsafe. Their safety is our top priority.
