Did you know that pine needles are all edible, and medicinal? I have taught classes locally on using these evergreen needles in food and home remedies and I always find that there is quite a bit of confusion when it comes to identifying and using them.
The most common mistake I see is thinking that anything with an evergreen needle is a pine. And this could be a serious mistake; all pines are edible, but not all evergreens are pine.
So, I've gathered several posts that I think will help. The first has great information on identifying pines. The other posts will teach you how to use pine.
