Check out this Transformation! Our client wanted a fireplace entertainment built-in to enhance the bleak wall in their family room. We delivered! The scope of the project included lower cabinets with a 60” electric fireplace flanked by built-in shelving towers and a connecting bridge between them. We used butcher block for the tops and natural cedar for the fireplace surround and accent wall. To top it off, we installed dimmable LED lighting on the shelves which allows for customized ambiance in the evening while watching TV or enjoying the fireplace. What can enhance in your home?

We are very pleased with how this two-story fireplace enhancement turned out. The client’s new construction home is in the Seabrook neighborhood in Nocatee. They selected a beautiful ledge stone for the bottom half, and board and batten for the top half. The boxed beam mantel provides a pop of contrast. Simple and elegant. Our clients, a retired couple from the northeast, are moving to Del Webb Nocatee, FL but still wanted the warmth and aesthetic of a fireplace. So we delivered! This all new feature wall in the family room displays a 60” electric linear fireplace with beautiful stacked stone floor to ceiling. The best part is that it can be used with or without heat. Check out this home enhancement! Our clients wanted to make better use of this over-sized closet in their pre-teen’s upstairs suite. We designed a large built-in floating desk that extends into the otherwise awkward niches on both sides. Three floating shelves on each side completes this new office/homework area. Form and function! We recently completed this mud bench/drop-zone home enhancement in Bartram Ranch over in St. John’s. The Acacia butcher block bench adds an element of rugged natural beauty that will stand up well to wear and tear. Hooks for backpacks and cubbies for baskets to hold baseball hats and other gear. This Toll Brothers new build is beautiful and is slowly turning from house to home!
