About The Closet Store

The Closet Store is a family-owned mom and son team who came together to grow a business and serve the community of Jacksonville.

And we do that by providing closets and custom storage solutions. How we came to this business is that Susan, spent nearly a decade designing custom closets for a national closet company in the industry. She loves helping people create functional designs for their closet spaces, but didn’t really love working in a large, corporate environment.

So she pivoted and partnered with Brent and set off to create a company that could locally provide high-quality, custom storage solutions for homeowners, builders and remodelers. And we do this by working within all elements of the custom closet process. We design, manufacture and install every client project.

Susan, as well as the rest of the design team, take both incredible care and pride in working with clients from the beginning stages of taking a closet inventory to working through space planning to executing installation smoothly and successfully.
