A slatted black ceiling over the entry, a board-and-batten accent wall with the trim staggered for a modern look, and a warm wood-plank ceiling framed against the trees. A project like this gets the full treatment: new flooring, custom kitchen cabinets, fresh countertops and backsplash, updated bathrooms, new paint, and decorative finishes throughout. The short version: I've walked a hard road, and I came up in homes that were falling apart and didn't feel safe. I know what it means to want better. So I built a company that brings old-school standards back to construction while creating second chances for people who need them. Building homes and rebuilding lives. That's the whole mission.

This is what owning the couch looks like, and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Here's the thing though: a home should work for everybody who lives there, four legs included. When we plan a space, we think about the real stuff, durable floors that survive the zoomies, easy-clean entryways for muddy paws, room for everyone to pile in and relax.

People ask my honest opinion all the time, so here it is. 🏡

If I were renovating my own place in Florida, I'd put my money into the exterior first. Good siding and proper sealing protect everything inside and quietly lower your energy bills in this heat. The pretty stuff matters, but a home that's tight with a good foundation and protected is what lets you sleep easy when a storm rolls in.
