FROM A WINDOOOOOW TO A WALL!!! We're still chugging along with shop projects, and this weekend we knocked out the old windows and installed a Mr. Cool DIY Mini Split! This will really be a game changer for spending time in the shop year round!

It's something a little different, but Emily and I spent our Valentine's weekend doing some much needed work in the shop. We added foam boards in the walls, new studded walls with rolled insulation, soffit baffles in the roof, and a sheathing ceiling. Still a long ways to go, but I can't thank the old lady enough for all her help and support!

I've peaked. Last night, Raymond came out to the garage and asked to learn how to make a cutting board. So I explained how I was using the track saw to square up the side of each board and showed him how I marked the cut, lined up the track, and took multiple cuts to avoid burning the wood. His expression says it all.
