With 35" of working space it made this project little more complicated but we installed a French drain tied the gutters into it and resolved their drainage issues. Southern Lawn and Landscape is looking to hire a Mowing Crew Foreman and Laborer for the upcoming season.

🌿 Crew Foreman Requirements
• Past commercial lawn care experience (references required)
• Ability to perform quality lawn maintenance unsupervised and lead a crew
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Drug free
• Valid driver’s license
• Good communication skills and well organized
• Ability to resolve everyday issues that may arise on job sites

🌱 Laborer Requirements
• Able to run a zero-turn mower
• Able to operate a w**d eater for extended periods
• Able to follow instructions and work as a team
• Motivated and willing to learn
• Drug free
• Valid driver’s license

📌 Expectations
Employees must be on time, clean, and ready to work every day. Being late or taking excessive days off will not be tolerated.

Most work will consist of lawn care maintenance, but employees may also help with landscaping or other projects as needed.

🗓 Seasonal Position: April – October
(Potential winter work available but not guaranteed)
